Isn't this just the best Halloween fabric ever?! It's from Alexander Henry and we had a bolt at the West Center store for a couple of weeks and just couldn't decide what to do with it... I mean we LOVED it, but what to do with it that would be PERFECT???
Then Lori Lang started playing with it and made this super neat throw for the season... It's from a pattern called Bouncing Borders, from Bean Counter Quilts. Here's a picture of the pattern...
Well... the kits sold like hot cakes! At last count, we've sold all but two - in just a couple of days - and we didn't even have it out of the classroom! We called Alexander Henry and now we're on a wait list for more. The fabric should be back in stock the end of November - aargrh.... I told them to go ahead and ship it, there's always next year. But if you'd like a kit before next year, go ahead and have the gals put you on the "wish list" and we'll cut some more as soon as the fabric comes back in the shop. But.... Lori wasn't done yet! Look at this wonderful baby/lap quilt - also from the Bouncing Borders pattern. It's the fabrics and "look" that so many of the new moms love.
It's a fun, easy pattern that works with either a charm packs, a panel, or a large scale print. Plus, it has includes two size options, so it's really versatile.
Sooo... we kitted that up too! Yup, we've been busy little quilters at Country Sampler. It is sooo fun to come to work every day with such talented women!

I have had so much fun making different samples of this pattern. Thanks for blogging it!

Found this wonderful Alexander Henry Halloween material from your website. Is this material or kit available?

Susan,
Alexander Henry is reprinting the fabric. It was suppose to be shipped the end of November, but we havent seen it yet. A.H. assures us that its still coming, theyre just running a little behind due to all the reorders.
Once it comes in, were going to start cutting kits again and calling people on our wish list. If you like - I can put you in our wish list book and call you or email you when it arrives. Just let me know if you like me to do that.
