I snapped a few pictures at the game.
These are our tail gating buddies... Aren't they cute?
The stadium....
The picture below makes me laugh 'cause this was pretty much my seats freshman year. Between the altitude sickness, the constant wind blowing across the prairie, and the fact that you have the worse seats in the stadium and have to use binoculars to see the players ... these people should get awards for being the most loyal fans!
I took this picture as kind of another trip down memory lane. This is Oldfather Hall and it still torments me. I'm not sure I even had a class here - although I did have a couple of finals in this building. The pathetic part is that I have been out of college for over 30 years and I still wake up about once a year in a cold sweat with a nightmare about this building. You might know this dream - your campus may be different, your school may be different, the year may be different, but at lot of us still get this one...
It's finals... I haven't been to class in weeks. I am late for my final (always in Oldfather - note the 200 stories for a student to get lost in), I don't know what room the final is being held, I'm lost and on the wrong floor, I'm sure I'm going to fail the class, and..... sometimes I'm half naked...
Wouldn't Dr. Freud have a field day with that one???
But, in my defense, it's one of the top five recurring dreams for people of all ages and genders. I'm not sure about the half naked thing.... maybe my subconscious just added that for a little extra terror! Like I need more terror.
Anyway, we won ... yeah! Here's hoping your Saturday was just as wonderful!

Oh yeah.... I know Oldfather Hall... and I lived that dream FOR REAL!!!! Ugh.... if only I knew then... what I know now... great photos Deb! And GO BIG RED!!!!
