Well, it's almost time for the Spring Quilt Sampler magazine to be arriving at a quilt shop near you! The official date for release is May 11th, but I've heard through the 'ole quilting grapevine that they almost ready to ship 'em. I've always loved this magazine, even before I owned the shop. This time they have 11 shops for you to peruse, with a repeat visit to The Stichin' Post Quilt Shop in Sisters, OR (they've been in the "top ten" before).
The magazine includes pictures of all the shops, a little info about each one, and an original quilt - with all the directions to make it - from each shop! It's really a great buy for just $6.99!!
Now, of course, you COULD buy it from your local grocery store or Barnes and Noble, but I'm hoping you'll come in and buy the magazine from your old buddies at Country Sampler (I'll get it on the website too, as soon as it arrives at our door!). And, if those two options don't work for ya --- I'm hoping you'll go to your local quilt shop and buy it. Lord knows, the grocery store doesn't need your quilting money too!! Ha!
Oh, and good news... the Snibbles times two books are in the shops... and they are everything I hoped they'd be!! Come on it and get one soon, before they're all gone! And while you're there, you better pick up a couple of charm packs and layer cakes, 'cause you're gonna want to make one of these beauties!
