Ya know those patterns that you always wanted to make and never got around to it???
That you STILL really like but you always figure you'll start that project next week?? Unfortunately, I have a lot of those.
At the last spring Quilt Market I saw this really cute GIANT flower pattern called, Daisy's Garden, that I fell in love with and told Ann "I'll make a bunch of those". (How many times have I said THAT?!) Big sigh.
Anyway.... Kelly L., customer and buddy, asked if I had anything I would like made for the shop. Hmmm.... Here's a chance to check something off my to-do list, get something finished for the shop, and get sumpin "happy" for spring. This was a no brainer, don't cha think? So yesterday when I got into work, I found that the spring fairy had stopped by over the week end and brought me a present. (I LOVE that spring fairy... and the Easter fairy... and the birthday fairy... and the....)
But, just look at these happy flowers....
Be still my little spring heart. And these are BIG too. The daisies measure between 31" and 18" and are wired so you mold 'em a little - making them so fun! Wouldn't they be great for a little or big girl's bedroom! Or maybe soften the colors a little bit and put them in a baby's room. Or how 'bout some in your sewing room or sunroom - or for a party!
Now it's just a matter of finding the perfect place in the shop! Stop in and see them!
