We had a GREAT time at the Quilters play at the Omaha Playhouse last Saturday night! The play was sooo good and the actors were fabulous! If you haven't got tickets yet - don't miss this one, Edith! We ALL loved it and the trolley ride was great fun too!
I wanted to give you a few pictures I took. (Remember... My photographic skills are severely lacking - but I continue to try!)
Here's a picture of Sharon and Tammi trying to open one of the wine bottles for the wine and cheese party. Thank goodess somebody knows how to use a corkscrew (... in this duo, it wasn't Sharon!).
And... here's some of the gals getting a few refreshments before we leave.
A few pictures of the trolley and excited quilters ready to see the play!
Some of the quilts inside the Playhouse... and a couple of Omaha's finest demoing hand quilting to the play goers....
Country Sampler's name in lights! (I may have to frame this one... how often do you get to see this?)
A lot of the play goers told me they want to go again... that tells you how much they loved it!
